The Coma

Somewhere between life and death there lies a place where nothing is wrong or right, everything is sensible and nonsensical at the same time. This work contrasts between what our life is now and what happens to it when we are in the coma. The Coma Between the life and death, There lies a place, Where no one wants to go, But, I will be the one venture, Like an expedition of knowing self, Whom you have not known in your whole life, Do not fear what they say When you lie, in a coma . You may not recall who you are, You can be a no one, You can live your life there, but alas, you can’t. How is it like being there? Where there is no truth or lie, Maybe not hope, only you. Where there is no life or death, Where there are only you with hope, What is right and wrong, Where with your consciousness, And reasoning won’t help you decide, But you can decide there, Don’t fear when you look at some ugly creƤture , No! You can’t and never will be, Because it’s not your worl...

The Coma part 1

The half-dead man was lying on the stretcher. With the help of constables and people around, he was brought down the building. People  had crammed the place, every inch of the stairs was taken up by the neighbours. Even at midnight it seemed that a night out was planned by all at the same time. Lying helplessly on the stretcher, he moved his hands over his body.  He knew something was wrong since he never felt anything like that. The pain was getting unbearable with every passing moment. With great strength and  great struggle,  he was finally able to move his right hand over his belly. What followed eventually gave him a shock. He could feel a broken piece of the bottle was in his stomach.  His white shirt was stained in blood by now. Which gave an impression that the shirt was never white at all.
